Introduction: The consolidation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education has intensified in response to digital divides and the imperative to guarantee inclusive, accessible, and equitable education. Objective: To analyze the scientific production regarding Artificial Intelligence applied to inclusive education during the 2021–2026 period. Methodology: A systematic literature review was conducted following the PRISMA guidelines. The search was carried out across the Scopus, SciELO, Dialnet, and Redalyc databases, considering studies related to the application of AI in inclusive educational processes. Results: Scientific production demonstrated sustained growth in the field, with a concentration of 45% of publications in the year 2025. Research conducted in Latin America accounted for 40% of the studies, while 55% were systematic reviews. The findings indicate that the primary research trajectories are oriented toward educational accessibility, personalized learning, and technological support for students with diverse educational needs. Conclusions: Research on AI applied to inclusive education is currently in a phase of thematic expansion, consolidating itself as a strategic field for mitigating educational barriers. However, its further development requires strengthening contextualized research, teacher training, and the establishment of ethical criteria to ensure an equitable and student-centered technological implementation.
