Introducción: El acceso a la justicia constituye un principio del Estado de derecho y un componente del ODS 16; no obstante, en las zonas rurales persisten barreras que limitan su efectividad. Objetivo: Analizar la evolución de la producción científica sobre acceso a la justicia rural en contextos de gobernanza inclusiva durante 2020-2026. Metodología: Se realizó un estudio bibliométrico descriptivo, longitudinal y retrospectivo con 272 documentos indexados en Scopus, procesados con Excel, VOSviewer y Bibliometrix. Resultados: Los resultados evidenciaron un crecimiento progresivo hasta 2025, con predominio de artículos (55,15 %) y de publicaciones en inglés (90,07 %), liderazgo del Reino Unido, Estados Unidos, India y Ucrania, 918 citas, promedio de 3,38 citas por documento e índice h de 13. Conclusiones: El campo se consolida, aunque persisten desigualdades geográficas y limitada colaboración científica internacional.
Introduction: Access to justice constitutes a principle of the rule of law and a component of SDG 16; however, in rural areas, barriers persist that limit its effectiveness. Objective: To analyze the evolution of scientific production on rural access to justice in contexts of inclusive governance during 2020-2026. Methodology: A descriptive, longitudinal, and retrospective bibliometric study was conducted with 272 documents indexed in Scopus, processed using Excel, VOSviewer, and Bibliometrix. Results: The results showed progressive growth up to 2025, with a predominance of articles (55.15%) and publications in English (90.07%), leadership from the United Kingdom, the United States, India, and Ukraine, 918 citations, an average of 3.38 citations per document, and an h-index of 13. Conclusions: The field is consolidating, although geographical inequalities and limited international scientific collaboration persist.
