Pensamiento crítico en estudiantes: Un artículo de revisión sistemática

El objetivo fue analizar las implicancias del pensamiento crítico en estudiantes. El estudio siguió una metodología PRISMA y presentó criterios de inclusión de artículos en idioma español e inglés, de los últimos 5 años, del 2020 hacia 2025, de revistas indexadas de alto impacto como Scopus y artículos de acceso abierto. Además, se utilizaron palabras clave como "pensamiento crítico AND desarrollo” y "critical thinking" OR "development”. En las publicaciones por bases de datos fueron seleccionados 9 de Scopus y 11 de Scielo, dando un total de 20 artículos. Concluyó que el pensamiento crítico se reafirma como una competencia básica para la educación contemporánea, cuya integración sistemática en el currículo fortalece la autonomía, la reflexión ética y la capacidad de resolución de problemas de los estudiantes. Las estrategias pedagógicas efectivas, como el aprendizaje basado en problemas, debates argumentativos y trabajo colaborativo, influencian positivamente en el desarrollo del pensamiento crítico.
The objective was to analyze the implications of critical thinking in students. The study followed a PRISMA methodology and included articles in Spanish and English, published within the last five years (2020-2025), from high-impact indexed journals such as Scopus and open access publications. Keywords such as "critical thinking AND development" and "critical thinking" OR "development" were used. Nine articles were selected from Scopus and eleven from SciELO, for a total of 20 articles. The study concluded that critical thinking is reaffirmed as a fundamental competency for contemporary education, and its systematic integration into the curriculum strengthens students' autonomy, ethical reflection, and problem-solving skills. Effective pedagogical strategies, such as problem-based learning, argumentative debates, and collaborative work, positively influence the development of critical thinking.
